STEPS Ballet Ensemble is a group of elite, pre-professional dancers selected by invitation and/or private audition on an annual basis. The mission of the Ensemble is to provide a safe, nurturing and inspiring training program for advanced ballet dancers to prepare them for a professional or college track in classical ballet.

 Dancers in this program receive extra hours of ballet training and rehearsals as well as performance opportunities, photo shoots and special events designed to highlight their talent at STEPS and in the community.
