STEPS is proud to be presenting this timeless holiday classic this December!  

With a cast of talented dance students and professional dancers, this story ballet takes you on the journey of Clara and her Nutcracker doll on Christmas Eve.

STEPS holds annual auditions in September for this production and dancers from STEPS as well as the greater Tampa Bay Area are encouraged to attend.  Unlike many other versions of the Nutcracker there are many roles for dance students from the tiniest dancers age 3 to advanced pointe work for pre-professionals and everything in between.

Nutcracker is a holiday tradition for so many and we are thrilled to be creating our very own original version. With the gorgeous music of Tchaikovsky, original choreography by Heather Mills and professional scenery and costume  design it is a feast for the imagination during the holiday season.
